ISYS System Requirements

The minimum system requirements for ISYS:desktop 8 are as follows:

• Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 (SP4), XP (SP2), 2003 Server, Vista
• Minimum hard disk space: 140 MB
• Required RAM: 256 MB
• Additional hardware: CD-ROM drive for installation
• Local administrative rights for installation
• Windows Installer 3, included in Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and Windows XP Service Pack 2
  

The minimum system requirements for ISYS:web 8 are as follows:

• Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000 Server (SP4), Windows 2003 Server *, RedHat Enterprise Linux 5, SUSE Enterprise Linux 10
• Minimum hard disk space: 180 MB for the program files, plus space for index files and temporary files (up to several GBs)
• Required RAM: 512 MB, 1 GB recommended **
• Network connection: TCP/IP networking installed and configured
• Additional hardware: CD-ROM drive for installation
• Local administrative rights for installation
• Windows Installer 3, included in Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 and Windows XP Service Pack 2

• Minimum hard disk space: 180 MB for the program files, plus space for index files and temporary files (up to several GBs)
• Required RAM: 512 MB, 1 GB recommended **

* Windows 2000 Professional and Windows XP are suitable for testing, or small installations.
** 256 MB of RAM suitable for testing.
